The Troll Caves

The Troll Caves (1.0 danger rating): A good place to get a decent pole arm or axe weapon for free. The troglodytes in there are usually easily beaten. The thing is that the trogs can be equipped with some
deadly weapons and all of a sudden pack a nasty punch. The unarmed ones are a cake walk, but the armed ones drop the nice weapons! One painful thing is that it is a bit crowded. Chances are better than
even that someone else will collect the loot, particularly if you use a ranged weapon. Of course that can work to YOUR advantage. If you have a pathetic fighter, follow someone around who isn't and try to slip in a lucky blow and plink the loot yourself. You won't make any friends that way but most folks are petty forgiving unless you make a complete nuisance of yourself. Oh, it also has an entrance to the Dwarven Kingdom only usable by Dwarves - a HUGE plus for Dwarves from what I hear.
